Best Stock Tips for Successful Stock Trading

Finding out goals and developing strategies are the essence of successful trading of Indian stocks. There are numerous other factors that need to be considered as well. Rather than thinking about completely the cost factor, it will be prudent on your part to reflect on the value of the Indian stocks that you are going to invest. As per the stock tips service provider, distributing your money in a broad range of stocks for both long-term and short-term will always keep you at the engaging edge. It is after carrying out research, keeping updated with what is occurring recently in the Indian stock market, making use of investment tools such as stock technical study, fundamental study, etc. that you can discover the potentiality of any specific NSE or BSE stock. One of the further most followed stock tips are purchasing when everybody is selling and selling when everybody is purchasing. Well, there are different parameters to be regarded as well.
Doing proper analysis before you invest money in any Indian stock is a need if you want to get huge ROI. You should go by rumors. There are various new investors who have a tendency to go after rumors and finally end up acquiring losses. Select an online stock trading platform or an economic news portal that have sustained a satisfactory relationship in the market. If you become an associate of an online stock trading platform, one that gives solutions further than brokerage, you can get perfect stock tips in synchronization with your trading targets.
The Indian stock market is occupied with complexities in the eyes of new investors and those who are not aware about the knowledge of the market. It will look like a difficult job, but once you manage and understand the techniques, the complexities or the difficulties included will robotically vanish. You will get it fun and exciting and the profits obtained will only increase your enthusiasm. But, you should control your emotions; your online stock trading may provide you with large profits or you may lose everything that you have spent. So, a careful approach and going after the aforesaid stock tips will help you get the returns that you have anticipated. Do not be determined by the notion that a BSE stock will always go round to your benefit. Any Indian stocks whether NSE or BSE are subject to variations in the market. The method by which you take your course along will fix on whether you will get profit or loss.
Wise investors go for new organizations that increase quickly for short-term investment and blue chip organizations for the long-term. Markets are more perilous in the short-term. You will have to give your time and efforts completely for the same as price varies by the second or minute.

The Fascination With Fibonacci - Trader's Advantage

Fibonacci, not so much the man but the math, is pretty fascinating on its own apart from trading.
To see how each number in the Fibonacci Sequence relates to each other in some set ratio (ie..618, 1.382, etc.) and then connect these ratios to objects of nature is absolutely fascinating. Within minutes of starting to learn about Fibonacci numbers, you are drawn into a world of plant proportions and architecture of pyramids and other monuments.
The connection of the Fibonacci numbers and all things nature is also found in the world of trading itself.
When I started trading the markets back in the mid-80's, my focus was like that of many new traders. The analysis of choice was fundamentals. Listen to the news, recommendations from friends and talking heads, or glace at the supply/demand numbers. But then something wonderful happened at the start of the 1990's. I discovered (for myself) Fibonacci and its basic application to price and time analysis. From then on I focused on Technical Analysis and never listened to another talking head (or friend) on what to buy or sell ever again.
The applications of Fibonacci to trading are many. Most traders who use Technical Analysis are familiar with the basic use of Fibonacci in chart analysis. Here are some basic examples:
Solving for Support or Resistance - After prices have trended for a number of days/weeks/months in a certain direction, from either a significant bottom to a top, or from a significant top to a bottom, it is called a "range". The trader identifies the range, then multiplies that range by the Fibonacci ratios of .382 and 618 for example. The results are deducted from the top price (if the range is from bottom to top) or added to the bottom price (if the range is from top to bottom) in order to get support or resistance price levels, respectively. Often additional ratios are included in this calculation.
Solving for time - A basic but fascinating approach to using Fibonacci is to count the days/weeks/months between previous market tops and bottoms and multiply the count by the Fibonacci ratios. The result is counted from the last top or bottom forward in time where another top or bottom is then expected likely to occur.
Moving from the basics of Fibonacci and chart analysis are more advanced (or mostly unknown) applications for the ratios.
There are the use of Fibonacci spirals, for example, which produce both time and price results.
There are the combined use of Fibonacci ratios along with time/price squaring results.
The techniques and methods one can use to exploit the markets using Fibonacci are numerous!
Within my charting software I often use what are called Fibonacci Fan Lines. The application here is somewhat like that mentioned above under "Solving for Support or Resistance", with the major difference being that the Fan Lines produce DYNAMIC support and resistance levels (the values change for each time interval on the chart, higher for ascending lines and lower for descending lines). They also require locating patterns two ranges (top to bottom to top, or bottom to top to bottom). You simply label the extreme of range as A, B and C. For example, ranges of top to bottom and back to top would be labeled "A" for the first top, "B" for the following bottom, and "C" for the final top. The range of "B to C" is divided by the Fibonacci ratios and then lines are drawn from "A" through the divisions of the range of "B to C" out into the future. These become your support/resistance levels.
Another fascinating approach to using Fibonacci for chart analysis is to simply add the Fibonacci series numbers to any significant top or bottom to get possible future tops and bottoms.
For example, the series starting at 3 would be 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, etc. Add any two consecutive numbers in the series to get the next number in the series. Now locate a top or bottom on your price chart and count from there 3 bars, 5 bars, 8 bars, etc. These are time periods to watch for possible market tops and bottoms.
These are just some of the many examples and applications you can do with Fibonacci and your chart analysis. Try them yourself and I'm sure you also will be fascinated with Fibonacci!

Binary Options Trading Site - 5 Important Pointers For Newbie Traders

Binary Options Trading is one of the popular ways to make money online. It involves investing money in commodity or stocks. If you are a new trader, you have to visit an online broker site to open your account and use its proprietary software to start the process.
However, you must know a few important pointers before creating an account and making the initial deposit:-
Pointer #1 - Site must be legitimate
  • Many sites are not legal and just created to fool people. Taking initial deposit as soon as possible is the sole purpose of such sites and the entire content will be planned and written accordingly.
  • So, you must check if it holds a valid license from regulatory bodies like CFTC, CySEC, ASIC, FCA etc.
  • It's critical to verify the credentials by conducting your own research and ensure it is 100% genuine and authentic.
  • You can read reviews on Google and also try to reach fellow traders through social media, LinkedIn or other business directories. They will give honest and unbiased reviews to help in your decision.
Pointer #2 - Beware if you are getting many calls
  • If you are receiving unnecessary calls from the agents to deposit more money, it is a clear indication that there is something fishy about the site.
Pointer #3 - Realistic Promises
  • The site must offer realistic trading solutions to its customers and not just promote the software through catchy taglines like '100% Profit Guarantee'. These taglines lure the people to open an account instantly and lose their money later.
  • A good broker site will explain the features of the trading software in detail and how it can help to make consistent money online. It must explain the type of indicators and signals accurately.
  • A signal is a manual or automated indication that it is the right time to invest your money in a commodity or stock.
Pointer #4 - Information
  • Information is the core part of the research to make your decision easier.
  • You will find FAQ section to view the answers to many common questions. It will increase your knowledge and understand this business segment in detail.

How To Thrive In Your Trading Career

Let's face it: Most traders if they are lucky manage to survive, very few thrive. In fact, I am certain most traders don't even know what thriving means.
To thrive in your trading career is about much more than making it to the end of the trading day. I am not even talking about the money you may or may not be making. That will happen automatically when you learn to self actualize instead to react.
If you can make this quantum leap from reacting to self actualising your entire trading life will change for the better.
We are reactionary creatures by default
By this I mean that your brain has been trained to react by default. Impulse reactions drive the markets after a big news event like NFP, or the FOMC meetings.
There are trading bots which take advantage of these trading patterns which exaggerate the moves in the markets, but that is another story for another day.
The point I want you to get is this:
Your trading mind operates on reactionary auto pilot.
This is not in your interest because your mind is like an untrained monkey. The untrained mind is all over the place and thinks in dualistic terms. Good or bad and right or wrong. This thinking puts immense strain on your entire body. It causes stress and anxiety.
Such emotions fuel dualistic thinking and reactionary behaviour
In order to thrive in your trading career your have to learn techniques to distance yourself from your emotions.
There are only two ways in which you can do this:
Learn about yourself, how your brain works and how the universe works and learn how to apply this knowledge in your trading life. You will soon discover that most of your thoughts are actually meaningless.
When you learn to stay out of reaction you have a chance to thrive in your trading because your brain has spare capacity it now can use to, you guessed correctly design strategies that work for you.
This is what self actualization is all about:
When you have the spare capacity in your mind to allow new information in you will expand. You become more mindful because you are open to seeing new things about yourself, about the world the markets and so on which you had never seen before.
Imagine how the ability to stay out of reaction to anything you experience will set you free. Imagine how much better you feel. More energy fuels creativity and vision. You need both to thrive in your trading career and in your life in general.
Isn't it time that you started to thrive today?

Kinds of Trading
Intraday trading
Delivery based trading
Intraday Trading
Intraday trading includes buying and selling of stocks within the same trading day. The stocks purchased in this kind of trading, are not purchased with an intention to invest, but for the purpose of earning profits by analysing the movement of stock indices.
Deliver based Trading
Delivery based trading means buying shares and holding them for certain period of time is called delivery based trading.
In this method you have to place your buying request through your broker and pay for the current price of the stock. Once your request is executed the stocks that you have bought are deposited to your DP account. In this process you have to pay the full amount of the stock price. Once the stocks are deposited to your account you can then sell the stocks or hold them for as long as you want.
The delivery based trading at the cash segment is the simplest way of trading and the risk is comparatively lower.
The biggest advantage of delivery based trading is that you do not have any time limit for selling the stocks. But the disadvantage of delivery based trading is that you have to pay for full price of the stock and the brokerage is higher than other forms of investments.

Auto Binary Signals - A Revolutionary Trading Method

Binary options have always been hailed as an easy path for beginners into the world of trading and profits. While a simple Put/Call binary option equation is indeed simple enough, and while it's wholly transparent as well, its strategy implications are almost infinitely convoluted. Because of the payout rates (which are in the 70-89% range), one has to win far more than half of his/her trades just to break even. What this means is that in order to be successful with binary options, one needs to find a consistent way to come out ahead. This can be accomplished through proper technical analysis, to which the fundamentals have to be added as well. Such a task obviously exceeds the abilities and means of most rookie traders.
For such traders, a proper signal service is the answer. Letting others do the bulk of the "dirty work" is the only viable path. The problem is that like the greater binary options world, the industry that has sprung up around trading signals has given birth to quite a few scams as well. What one really needs is a legitimate service, like Auto Binary Signals.
Auto Binary Signals is a truly revolutionary trading method
Compared to all other signal providers out there, Auto Binary Signals is a head and a shoulder above the rest.
Binary trading signals come in a number of different forms these days, or rather, from a number of different sources. There are good and bad signal providers. All auto trading scams are based on trading signal generation, and indeed, most auto traders do in fact carry a manual trading option too. This option is essentially a signals service, based on signals generated by the software. These are obviously bad signals. Then there are the expert alerts: these supposedly originate from flesh-and-blood traders, who are successful at what they do and who are willing to share "pointers".
Then, we have Auto Binary Signals, which is in a class of its own.
What makes Auto Binary Signals special?
Auto Binary Signals is NOT an auto trader. It does not act upon its own signals, rather, it leaves the final decision to the trader. Also, the way it comes up with its signals is wholly transparent and easy to understand, even for beginners. What's more, Auto Binary Signals calculates the probability of success of every one of the signals it generates and it ranks its signals based on this. To make everything even handier, it also color-codes its recommendations. This way, traders can clearly see what they're trading, when and for how much, and they know their chances of success before they actually open the position. It is recommended that one stick to trades with a better than 85% rating.
Auto Binary Signals makes sure its users do in fact see the trading signals it generates. Every time the system spits out a signal, a window pops up and a sound alert goes off. The service works just as well on mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices.
What is Auto Binary Signals' most valuable feature?
Every time one places a trade, the thrill of potential profits, coupled with the expertise that goes into the move, make it all worthwhile. Ideally, every time a trade is placed and then ends up in the money (or even out of it), the trader also learns something. This learning experience is what carries the real value in the long-run.
In addition to providing trading signals, appraising them and ranking them based on the likelihood of success, the service also offers detailed explanations about every one of these signals. There's a "More Info" option on every trading recommendation. By clicking it, traders will open a MT4 screen, which contains the detailed analysis associated with the said signal. One couldn't possibly wish for a better educational tool.
Why is Auto Binary Signals so efficient?
The majority of users will attest that Auto Binary Signals is indeed very good at what it does. Those who apply its recommendations properly, always boast excellent success rates. What makes it all tick though? The system uses no fewer than 5 proven and tested technical indicators to pinpoint trading opportunities. Actual signals are only generated though when all 5 of these indicators point in the same direction - so to speak. That's the equivalent of having a signal resulting from one's personal analysis confirmed and re-confirmed 4 consecutive times.

ANYONE CAN TRADE FOREX - STEP BY STEP LIVE TRADING

Day Traders

In the world of finance a trader is defined as someone who buys and sells financial instruments like stocks, commodities, derivatives and bonds in the capacity of an agent, speculator or hedger. A day trader, then is a trader who specializes in buying and selling these instruments within the same trading day. Trading begins and ends with the opening and the closing of the markets and may include a few or into the hundreds of orders per trading day.
Day traders belong to one of two groups, institutional and retail. A trader who is an institutional part of the equation works for a financial institution like a bank an has access to many resources, tools, and equipment, not to mention a large amount of capital with which to trade. They can trade continuously throughout the market day since they always have fresh fund inflows at their disposal.
On the other hand, those on the retail side of things use retail brokerages and trade with their own capital. It is easy then to see how institutional day traders have a certain advantage over their retail counterparts.
If you have ever watched the market you will know that it goes up and down throughout the day. World events have a lot of influence on which way the market will go. They are trained to take these little price movements and make them into something big, like big profits for their clients. When you are only trading within a day period the experts say that the more volatile the market is on a given day, the better a day trader will do. If the market is flat or not moving much on a given day, the opposite is true, and a day trader may not be able to work those great deals.
To be a day trader you need a certain know how of the markets, and the proper equipment, tools and insight to trade the right platform every day. The successes go to those with the most information on any given day. Traders also have to know when to move, when not to move and when to get out of a trade which can be a thrilling experience or one fraught with stress and panic, especially with a new trader.
Trading is a tough world to get into and is one that is often associated with burnout among its members. You can win big or lose big, it's all in the markets and how a trader works them.

A basic outline should consist of having general knowledge of technical analysis, bankroll management, and risk management. Consider this your foundation for making trades.
1. Technical Analysis.
Knowing how to read a chart to make money, would be a good starting point, when trading binary options. Set up your chart so that it is easy on your eyes as you stream through data to make trades. Knowing how to use your indicators and oscillators could be vital tools when it comes down to placing your trade. Why Serious Traders Have A Coach

I know that you are thinking this article is about trader coaching that focuses on your trading strategies. Well, you are wrong: The five reasons why you should consider trader coaching are about your psychology, not the way you trade.
Trading is 95% mental
Similar to any high performance sport you don't win the game through action, you win the game in your mind first. Your mind is the driver that instigates right action, but only if you have primed your mind properly (trading) success.
90 % of traders fail in the long run, not because of their trading strategy, but because of their mental strategy
Here is the thing: 95 % of all traders have NO MENTAL STRATEGY
This is an extraordinary statistic. Even the majority of professional traders don't have trading psychology as their number one trading strategy. And, guess what, most professional traders don't make money.
A professional trader can hide behind the organisation though. It is good enough if the department breaks even. Unless you do something extraordinarily stupid your lacklustre performance will be tolerated, at least for some time.
The world is very different for the independent trader
If you don't make money for a year or two years you will go broke. Never mind the psychology of things, without money you can't trade, you can't survive.
Few traders can sustain extensive drawdown periods. Knowing what to focus on to keep the ship on the straight and narrow is key. Most traders focus on the wrong things.
Losing has nothing to do with market conditions and everything to do with your inner condition
If you have extended periods of drawdown the root cause invariably can be found in some value conflict, or several which you are unaware of.
I realise that you probably don't like the sound of that I have to say next "You have to clear your stuff".
Unless you spend the time and effort on clearing out the mental cupboards you will find that lasting trading success will always remain elusive.
You may have good trading periods, and even make a profit at the end of the year, but you will at some point give more back than you should.
Success does not grow on trees. If you are serious about being a professional trader who makes money consistently you have to play a very different game from the masses of traders out there.
We all have imaginary glass ceilings we need to break through
  • Coaching will uncover these imaginary glass ceilings
  • Coaching will resolve your deepest hidden inner value conflicts
  • Coaching will make you a better, more peaceful person And finally it will make you a better trader.
A nice bonus is that your relationships with other people begin to improve as well.
So, you still think coaching is too expensive?
How can you put a value on, say spending $ 5000.00 on coaching and in return you end up making an extra 50 000.00?
The $ 5000.00 spent on coaching is cheap! The investment is compounded 100 fold when you then imagine how the rest of your life is going to improve in a relatively short period of time.
In the final analysis it isn't about the money, it isn't even about your trading. It's all about how serious you are about becoming the best you are capable of being. Coaching is about improving the quality of your entire life and living from a place of excellence not from a place of getting by.

Stock Market Basics For Beginners - All You Need To Know

Rookie stock market investors are those who only possess a relatively rudimentary knowledge and experience of the investing sphere. Most of these individuals usually commence by sticking to a 'buy and hold' trading strategy. As a beginner, your general experience in investment trading is very limited. This, for the most part, confines you to making no more than a couple of trades perhaps on a monthly basis from a cash account. However, this does not necessary signify that you have not placed high expectations on your stock market trading activities. You most likely are very interested in expanding your knowledge as well as investment experience in order to realize the objectives you may have set. This is all nice and good.
Nevertheless, most beginners are generally totally ignorant on the exact time investment and devotion required in investing and trading. This makes a large number of them to be extremely susceptible of initiating failed investments. The kind of stock market investments which are based purely on instincts and hearsay, rather than investments that are based on actual research.
Most rookies usually comprehend the notion of buying low and then selling high. Still, they are very prone to letting their emotions guide their actions, the moment a trade or investment has been made. As a result, many of them can desperately cling to securities with substantial losses. Mind you, even when the exact reasons that drove them to make the initial investment in a particular security become untenable. As such, most of them find themselves hoping or anticipating that a 'losing' stock will be able to recover for them to be in a good position of getting back even. In the event higher prices emerge, these beginners then opt to pull out way to soon. This normally prompts them to sell their stocks at break even or perhaps after they have only realized insignificant profits.
Generally speaking, it is always tough for rookies to discern a forest from just trees. Also, they find it hard to recognize if the future prospects of any particular security are auspicious, even if the short term trading trends are not volatile. Beginners are normally successful during strong 'bull' markets. But unfortunately find themselves clueless when on tougher occasions, especially when market volatility is higher and 'bears' happen to rule. Well, if you deeply feel you fit this description to the T, here then are some stock market basics for beginners, which could be useful.
Make it a point to set realistic trading objectives
Before you decide to make your very first investment, try to ask yourself the following questions. "At what point will you require the money you have invested?" "Will it be after 6 months, a year, 5 years or perhaps much longer?", "Are you trying to lay a nest egg for your sunset years?", "Are seeking to obtain the necessary funds to finance your college education or perhaps seeking money to buy a home?" "On the other hand, do wish to establish an estate that you want to leave for your beneficiaries upon your demise?"
Whichever the case, prior to making any stock market investment, you ought to fully determine your primary driving motivation. When you have ascertained this critical point, next consider the most likely time in the future you might stand in need of the funds you wish to invest. Should you require your investment back within just a couple of years, then it will be much better to consider another investment channel. It is very important for you to fully understand that the stock market with its volatility can offer no guarantee on just when your investment will be made available.
Accordingly, you should always make it a point to beforehand calculate how much cash you wish to invest and what kind of ROI you may deem suitable to realize your trading objectives. As a rule of thumb, always recall that the eventual growth of your stock market portfolio relies on 3 interdependent factors. These are the exact capital you decide to invest, the amount of yearly earnings on your investment. And lastly, the exact number of years you wish to invest your capital in the stock markets.
Take the necessary time to effectively determine your risk tolerance
Risk tolerance happens to be a psychological attribute, which is genetically oriented. Yet, it can still be significantly influenced by factors such as education, income or even wealth. The moment all these factors increase in value, risk tolerance also tends to rise. Basically, your exact level of risk tolerance can be accurately described as how you feel about any risk you make. As well as the exact level of anxiety you tend to experience whenever you decide to undertake risky ventures. Take your time to ask yourself, "Can I risk $100 to gain $1,000 or perhaps $1000 to gain $1,000?"
It is vital for you to fully understand that all people possess varying levels of risk tolerance. This certainly means that there is no such thing as 'right balance' in this given issue.
At the same time, risk tolerance can generally be influenced with the exact 'perception' of the risk an individual is contemplating to take. This given concept of risk tolerance is then the most accurate when it comes to stock market investing or trading. As you become well conversant with the basics of trading, you will find that the idea of the risks involved in such matters is generally lesser. This includes having an excellent understanding of how to buy and sell stocks, assessing market volatility (price changes). Along with the ease or difficulties of liquidating a stock market investment.
This usually leads to a lessening of the overall anxiety you are bound to experience when you trade or invest in the stock market, due to your 'perception' of the risks involved. So, by taking the necessary time to fully understand your exact risk tolerance, you will be able to avoid trading in investments you dread. Ideally, you should not invest in an asset which has the potential to cause you sleepless nights. Anxiety triggers fear that in its turn prompts an emotional response to the stressor. By always retaining a cool head during stock market uncertainty, you will be able to adhere to an 'unemotional' decision-making process in your stock market activities.
Make it a habit to keep off your emotions from your investments
By far the largest obstacle quite a large number of beginners have to routinely face is their inability to regulate their emotions and proceed to make logical decisions. In the short term, the prices of company stocks correspond with the combined emotions of the whole investment community. When most stock market investors happen to be anxious about a particular firm, its stock prices will be bound to take a plunge. Alternatively, when most traders possess a positive perspective to a firm, its stock prices will naturally rise.
Those individuals who retain a negative perspective about the stock market are known as 'bears'. While those that have positive outlooks to the same are known as 'bulls.' During market hours, the unceasing struggles between bulls and bears is usually reflected on the constantly fluctuating securities' prices. These short term fluctuations generally arise from rumors, speculations and in some cases even hope. All of these factors can be rightly labeled as been emotions. Effective stock market investment necessitates a logical and systematic analysis of a company's assets, management and future prospects.
At this juncture, it is important for you to remember that stock market prices can move in contrast to most expectations. For the inexperienced, this can fuel insecurity and tension. At such moments, you will find yourself faced with a dilemma - "Should you sell your position to prevent a loss?", "Or should you continue maintaining your position in the hope that the prices will ultimately rebound?" Even in the occasions that prices perform as you expected, you will still find yourself facing troubling questions. "Should you take a profit now prior to the prices falling?", "Or should you maintain your position as the prices could rise even higher?"
Dealing with all these perplexing thoughts can trigger a lot of worry, particularly if you constantly monitor the prices of the securities you trade in. This emotion can eventually prompt you take certain actions. As your emotions are the main motivation, it is mostly likely your action will be wrong. When you buy a stock, you should only do so with valid reasons. Also, you should have realistic expectations of exactly how the prices will perform if your guiding reasons prove to be accurate. Finally, before investing in any stock, always take time to determine the exact point you will liquidate your holdings, especially if your reasons are proven wrong. All in all, always have an appropriate 'exit' strategy prior to purchasing any stock, and make it a point to execute it unemotionally.

Trading The Markets With Realistic Expectations

The stock market is one of many ways where people can create a good living for themselves, and achieve the financial freedom they have forever dreamed of. The reason the stock market is quite popular is due to the potential gains that can be made in a short time while sitting in your pajama's in front of your computer screen.
But the cold hard truth is, many attempt to fulfill this dream, but only a select few achieve it. To be blunt, most people who enter the markets fail shortly after they have begun. One of the core reasons for this is due to people entering the market under a very popular misperception, and this misperception is setting unrealistic goals in dollar amounts before you have started your potential trading career.
I am sure a lot of people reading this article have been on social media and have seen screen shots of people posting four to six figure gains they made in the market that day. After seeing that screen shot, you probably thought to yourself, "I wish that was me". Then at that point you think, well if that person can do it, then so can I.
At this point you have already created an unrealistic expectation upon entering the markets if you have chosen to do so. The reason for this is because you are comparing your hopes and dreams to the dollar amount you have just seen.
When entering the markets with a false perception tied to a dollar amount you have seen or heard of other people making, you will more than likely fail, being one of the 90% if you begin your trading career in this mindset.
Becoming a successful trader takes years of practice, it is not a skill that is acquired overnight. Thus, when you first enter the market you need to keep your expectations realistic, for example, expect to lose money the first year or two while you are learning and developing your foundation.
Every successful trader who you have seen or heard of acquiring financial freedom through the markets, did not do so without hardship. They all had to learn and develop a foundation to become successful and at one point or another they learned to keep their earnings expectations realistic to the financial position they were currently in.
Achieving financial freedom in the markets is quite feasible, but to do so you must fully understand that the market is not a get rich quick method, it takes hard work and dedication. If you enter the markets with unrealistic expectations, with hopes of becoming rich overnight, odds are you will fail.

Trading Trilogy-3: Money Management

30 feet-the old Kilo Class submarine dives deeper onwards to 100 feet-200 feet-400 feet-600 feet-800 feet-an explosion occurs, maybe the batteries were faulty? The submariner notices the creaking sound of the extremely high pressure of water against the submarine hull. Water rushes in.
Automatically the high-tech systems of the submarine seal the flooded chamber. Luckily the engine room is intact, and the submarine painfully tries to resurface from the depths of the Pacific Ocean. The remaining compartments are dry, and the incumbents are safe.
You must be wondering whether this is a prelude to a thriller short story, or an article on money management, in trading. This had to be made dramatic because your money, that is, your capital is like blood in your body. Your body needs blood to survive; in the trading scenario, your account needs money for you to survive in trading, so treat it very carefully, like a mother lioness takes care of her cubs, without letting go for a moment.
Like a submarine, you've got to divide your capital into equal compartments, or parts, so that if one compartment gets flooded, that is, if one trade goes bad, your chances of recovery will be good. Remember, however good you or your method may be, the markets are not always conducive to trading.

If you get shortchanged multiple times in a short period, step back, analyse whether the problem is with you, and your method, or the markets in general. If it is with you, course correct, trade with smaller amounts till you get the confidence back, or stay out till you get in sync with the markets. If the markets are finicky, and non-tradeable, stay out till some semblance of sanity returns, then re-enter.
Do not trade without stop-losses;most experts advocate putting them in the system, some traders write them on paper, and execute the trades manually. Do not keep a position open, if accessibility to the trading terminal is an issue.
It's your take, what methodology you would like to follow. Keep the stop-loss to not more than 5% on every trade;when your account size grows, limit it to 1% to 2%. You have to live to trade another day. Trade with the amount you are comfortable with;do not try to emulate others. It has been noted that when one crosses one's personal threshold, the subconscious mind tries to sabotage the effort, because it is uncomfortable with larger than normal amounts allocated to trading. The Peter Principle comes into play, that is, the person rises to the level of his/her incompetence. If it so happens, cut down on the account size, and trade similar sizes till you get into the flow.
Always keep a record of the amount left after every trade. It is a barometer as to how you are doing as a trader. Ignore this at your own peril. A rising equity curve suggests that you are on the right track to becoming a successful trader. Remember, money flow in trading equals blood flow in the human body. Your survival as a trader finally depends on it, and is not to be taken lightly.

Trading Binary Options Is not Easy as it sound

Many people attribute binary options trading as a betting of sorts because a trader has to trade only between two variables; the rise or the fall of a certain market or Forex. For some, however, this is an easy way of trading and often yields in substantial profits for traders. But no matter how simple it may look like, binary options trading is not for beginners and definitely will not work for people with zero experience with index trading. This is where Mark Tencaten and his team of professional market analysis experts come into the picture.
Mark's team created an effective strategy to significantly win in binary options trading. By instituting a combination of variable trading timeframes and using market alerts that help traders put in the right trades, create a high probability of winning. The market alerts are basically predictions of whether a particular market or Forex is rising or falling for a given period. When the prediction of a market or Forex is to fall for a certain period, trading in that direction will result in a win if the market indeed falls within that certain period. These predictions are based on expert analysis of market experts around the world. To maximize profits, the team also trades on different foreign exchanges as another strategy. So within the day, there will be more than 10 trades per day getting traders the most out of the usual trading results.
An interview with Mark Tencaten gave us an overview of how he managed to win with binary options trading and what his ideas regarding its future in the index trading world.
We asked about his views on the current issues surrounding binary options trading and how to deal with the fake traders. His views circles around regulations. Binary Options is a legitimate trading and there is a small number of companies that engage unacceptable practices that somehow affects the image of the industry negatively. He pointed to some operations in Israel that lures people into engaging with certain brokers, getting their money and eventually leaving. These kinds of practices do not necessarily reflect the reality about binary options trading.
"I am a little bit appalled knowing that a small number of illegal companies that lured people into investing in binary made a huge negative connotation to the industry. I think the problem here was more on the regulation pertaining to the operation of these fake companies rather than the industry as a whole. Otherwise, if we single out binary options, then it is better that we also include other markets trading," Tencaten wrote in an email.
He reiterated that binary options trading is not for newbies. Skills are needed to win in this and it would also require a self-assessment of the level of risk the traders can trade. Additionally, the market alerts are there as a guide but cannot be solely depended upon. Traders, especially the self-managed ones, should be able to learn and know how the commodities they are trading on behave within the market and at a given period.
Lastly, a good exit strategy will shield a trader from losing so much. Normally, trades can start at the minimum of 10% of the value the traders' total daily trading money. This limit serves as a safeguard during the trading day and also guarantees of multiple trades within the day. They should also mind the Stop Loss - Stop Profit percentages as this will help them with automatically end trading once the set percentages are met.
In the end, the success of traders in binary options really depend on several factors. But if you get yourself abreast of the techniques and keep yourself connected with people such as Mark's team, you will get to have more edge over everyone else.

Trading Or Investing - Which Is Suitable For You?

First, let us understand what is the difference between trading and investing? Both terms seem similar, as both are aimed towards generating profits. However, these are two very different methods in generating profits in the financial market.
In trading, the focus is on short-term gain, from buying and selling, deriving profits from price movement of, for example, a stock. Long term prospects or value of the stock is not a main concern here. We aim to reap profit within a short period of time, say within weeks, days, hours, or even minutes, depending on the types of trade.
Investing, on the other hand, focus on a longer term gain from the value of a stock. An investor usually takes a longer term view and look at the value of a stock or a business that can appreciate in value over time, and profit from its capital appreciation. The short-term fluctuation of the financial market is not as much a concern.
So which method is better, which method should you go for? These are common question I get. I have been doing both, and let me explain by sharing with you from my personal experience, to help you better understand and in making your decision.
In my early years, I was young then and time was my friend. I could afford to take more risk, as I had a longer time horizon to recover from any setback should I fail to success. What I did not have much was money. I would like to see quick results and earn money in a short period of time. I decided to start acquiring the necessary skills to do trading as my form of income.
As a trader, I spent plenty of time doing technical analysis of stocks, executing and monitoring price movements and my trades. A lot of attention and focus were required on a daily basis. I made good profits on some days, and losses on others. Though I managed to make more profits than losses, I spent plenty of hard work and efforts doing analysis of my trades, and fine-tuning my trading strategies, methods, emotions to seek more consistency in my trades and profits. Later on, I got married and had a family. This was when I started to re-examine my priorities in life, and the ways I was going to create my wealth.
With a family, I started to do longer term financial planning. I started to look at spending more time with my family, and this was when I look forward to achieving financial freedom. Having a family helped me re-strategize the way I would want to achieve my financial goals and freedom, so that I could have more time for my loved ones. This was when I started to re-channel more efforts towards investing,
By investing, I hunt for good value stocks for either growth or income. My strategy is to keep the stocks over longer period of time. As good businesses grow, the value of their stocks will appreciate in long run. Some stocks have been in my portfolio for the past one to two decade, growing in value consistently in the long run. By doing investing, I spend much lesser time having to monitoring each stock, unlike trading. At the same time, these stocks are providing me with good dividends as my passive income over the years. Investing has helped me to achieve financial freedom, free up my time to either spent with my family, or continue re-investing my gains and looking for new investment opportunities as my passion.
From my experience shared above, I would like to summarize some essential points that differentiate between trading and investing that will be useful for reference.
Trading:
  • Looking at short-term gain, in hours, days, or weeks
  • Stock value is not the main concern
  • Profit/gain is aimed at pricing movement of a stock
  • Profit/gain can be quick and big, likewise for losses
  • Need active monitoring and managing your trades
  • Risk is generally higher as trading is more sensitive to short time price and market fluctuations
  • Difficult to achieve consistent results
  • May not be suitable for those with low risk appetite, or when you cannot afford to take risk, for example, if your money is required for retirement purpose
Investing:
  • Looking at long-term gain, over a longer time horizon, typically in years
  • Looking at value of a stock and business that can appreciate over time
  • Profit/gain is generated over longer period of time in a more consistent manner
  • Aim at capital appreciation and income
  • Can take a more passive approach in monitoring your portfolio, as it is not about short-term gain
  • Good to start early, allowing time to compound and build your wealth or retirement income over time
  • Good strategy towards achieving financial freedom, having your money works hard for you, providing you more free time
By now, you should have a good idea the differences between trading and investing, and in a better position to determine the suitable methods to deploy in your journey in growing and preserving your wealth.
